  • REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE (ACRA BIZFILE)
  • BUSINESS'S PROOF OF ADDRESS
  • A COMPANY LETTER OUTLINING THE REASON FOR THE PAN CARD APPLICATION, OR AT LEAST THE CORRECT PAN CARD NUMBER
  • Form 49AA must be completed with the company name and stamped with the company logo on all places where a photograph and signature are required.
