In addition, they are not permitted to hold constitutional positions like president, vice president, judge of the Supreme Court or High Court, etc.Except for specific positions and services that the Central Government may, by particular order, define in this regard, the OCI Singapore or OCI card holder shall not be entitled to appointment to public services and posts in connection with the business of the Union or of any State.
