MyONLINE*PASSPORT is a website where Malaysians renew their passports.
Payment for online applications (FPX) can be made using a credit card or a direct debit to regain Malaysian access.
Applicants may obtain their passports from the above offices (in the system).
The system may calculate the date and time of collection based on the date and time of operation. The amount will be indicated on the receipt.

Applications that do not match the conditions mentioned above will be rejected, resulting in collection delays.
1. Applicants must be at least 13 years old and possess an e-passport (passport with chip). Previous tickets must also be in perfect shape.
2. The candidate must complete all relevant fields on the application page. If the applicant provides incorrect or misleading information during the application process, they may face legal action under Section 12(1)(c) of the Passport Act of 1966. (Act 150).
3. Only the legal guardian who provided consent during the previous application procedure may submit an electronic renewal application for applicants aged 13 to 18. The applicant must accompany a legal guardian when applying for a passport. The applicant will not obtain the ticket if the legal guardian is absent.

6. To get a passport, the applicant must go to the Immigration office in person. There are no delegates authorized. The applicant must present their ID, a valid passport, and a copy of their receipt.
7. Failure to provide the relevant papers or to be physically present to get the passport may result in the entrance for the collection being rejected.
8. Renewal applications are only allowed in ordinary circumstances.
9. The passport must be in excellent condition and chip-free (no stains, water damage, or tears).
10. Applicants whose passports have been lost or destroyed are ineligible to apply online.
11. A person who has breached the law is ineligible to apply online.

2. If the photo upload fails, the Collection Office can be obtained from the Immigration office.
3. If the phrase 'Please Refer to the Immigration Office' appears on the document, it means that the application cannot be submitted electronically for the following reasons: – Because of the following reasons, the application cannot be filed electronically:
3.1 The stored fingerprint is damaged or missing, requiring recovery to avoid authentication issues.
3.2 You do not meet the criteria outlined on the MyOnline * Passport website.
3.3 The information entered into the system is incorrect or inconsistent.
